A key member of the University Leadership Team, the successful candidate will have significant HR & OD leadership experience gained within a large, complex, people intensive organisation. S/he will possess a proven track record of pursuing creative strategies that deliver progressive organisational change, building capability, engaging and getting the best from our staff and promoting a genuinely diverse and inclusive workplace.
