The salary will be paid at Grade 5, £28,098 - £32,548 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

This post will be a Fixed Term Contract for 3 years

This is an exciting new role in an established team. The post holder will work closely with senior Professional Services staff in order to refine and deliver processes and procedures relating to the creation and maintenance of student records for the Faculty. This is an ideal role for an experienced SITS user who has an interest in identifying and implementing improvements to working methods in order to enhance the student experience and service delivery wherever possible. The post holder will also provide expertise in relation to the use and management of student records in SITS, establishing and implementing best practice processes and procedures in order to monitor and manage compliance, ensuring that objectives, targets and deadlines are met. Working relatively autonomously, the post holder will also be required to use their initiative and judgement in order to address and resolve daily problems. Using their discretion to identify and communicate short and longer term priorities for themselves, the role will work closely with the academic programme teams as well as members of the Education Support Team and colleagues in central departments in order to ensure delivery of a gold standard student centered level of Student Records administration using the SITS system.

The selection process will include competency based questions, an assessment and a panel interview.
