The Student Immigration Advice Officer is responsible for providing advice and support for applicant and student immigration casework. In undertaking these responsibilities, the post holder will liaise with prospective and current students and their representatives, members of staff in UCL academic units, UCLU and Professional services divisions, as well as external agencies such as UKVI and the Home Office.

Applications are invited from candidates with knowledge of the UKVI Tier 4 regulations and experience of providing face-to-face, telephone, and email advice in an advice service or setting. The post-holder is expected to have excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. A commitment to high quality service delivery in a customer focused environment and the ability to work with minimum supervision and take responsibility for defining and meeting targets is also required.
