Maintenance Craftsperson - Electrical

About the role:

We are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Craftsperson to form part of a multi-disciplinary maintenance team in the undertaking of planned and reactive maintenance, together with small electrical works throughout NOC Southampton, in order to deliver a high quality service in a customer focused environment.

This is a Fixed Term Appointment available for six months.

Salary:

This is a Band 7 position and the starting salary will be £22,224 to £24,112 per annum. Depending upon skills and experience, a salary uplift and/or additional allowances may be available for exceptional candidates.

About you:

You will possess Electrical related trade qualifications to NVQ Level 3 (equivalent qualifications considered), 17th Edition Regulations certificate, significant experience of electrical installation and maintenance of systems is essential. Any additional training will be provided.

You will have the flexibility to vary working hours on occasions and the ability to participate in an out of hours call out rota, for which an additional supplement is paid.  Overtime is utilised as business needs require.
