Senior IT Business and Service Analyst (80938-107)

Fixed Term Contract: 3 years

You will be part of a team of Business Analysts in IT Services, working with Project Managers, Services Owners and customers. You will enable IT Services to meet the strategic objectives of customer groups, understanding the problem to be solved, producing the correct and appropriate level of requirements analysis, mapping current and future processes and advising customers with solution selection and implementation.

You will identify processes, IT improvements and issues, and where appropriate, coordinate activities to ensure services are adapted to meet current and emerging needs.

You will establish working relationships at strategic level, influencing the customer strategy and corresponding IT service strategies.
