eLearning Adviser

University of Roehampton - Digital Learning Services

We are looking for an eLearning Adviser to join the eLearning Services team. They will provide support for staff using technology to enhance learning, teaching, and assessment, through blended and distance delivery. This involves ensuring there is effective use of the University’s core systems including our Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle), e-Portfolio and blogging system (CampusPress), and anti-plagiarism software (Turnitin) as well as a variety of other technology enhanced learning tools.

The post holder will engage with the academic department(s) where they are responsible for the promotion, support, and development of effective technology enhanced learning strategies in areas such as curriculum development and online assessment as part of the eLearning Services team. This will involve providing training, support, and practical assistance in the use of eLearning technologies for both staff and students.

As well as supporting the existing systems provided by eLearning Services, the post holder will research, test, and deploy innovative, up to date, and sustainable technological solutions that can be implemented across the University.
