Working as a vital part of a team known for its approachability and excellent customer service, you will be responsible for the operational provision of an efficient and professional service to students and academic staff and you will supervise a team on a daily basis. In this brand new role you will have a unique opportunity to influence how we deliver our services to the students enhancing their learning experience with us.

To be successful in this role you need to be able to use initiative, manage multiple priorities and enjoy working within a busy service environment. Proven experience of manging and supervising a team is also essential, as well as experience of working in a customer focussed student support/service environment within a similar role in higher education.
