Are you looking for a varied position that will draw upon your administrative experience and your excellent customer service skills? This opening for an Office Administrator at the University of Kent Paris Centre could be an ideal opportunity for you to develop your skills in a student-facing role.

As Office Administrator, you will provide a range of facilities management, student support and administrative services to the Centre and the Paris School of Arts and Culture, including involvement in events and marketing, as well as guiding and advising students.

With experience of working in Higher Education and in a busy office environment, you will be able to bring patience and resourcefulness to the position, along with a high level of computer literacy and excellent attention to detail.

English will be the main working language of this ongoing and full time role. Salary will be based Grade 5: €32,888 - €36,987 per annum.

The University of Kent’s European Centres in Athens, Brussels, Paris and Rome offer interdisciplinary postgraduate programmes in English drawing upon the knowledge, expertise, culture and life of the city in which they are located.
