Part-time 21 hrs/wk, permanent, based central Reading, Berkshire

If you have an interest in quality assurance, enjoy admin work, have a keen eye for detail and like working within policies and procedures, we want to hear from you.  Working within the Academic Quality Unit, you will provide administrative support to key quality events and training relating to our higher education and further education programmes. You will assist team members by ensuring accurate records are held of programme documentation, and maintain the team SharePoint site. Other responsibilities include:

  • Planning and preparation for key quality events including external quality audit, Ofsted inspection, validation, periodic review and re-validation and quality training events.
  • Formatting, updating and distributing quality documentation.
  • Supporting the preparation of deliberative committee paperwork.
  • Raising and managing purchase orders and keeping the office admin running smoothly.

Admin experience is essential, and you must have strong planning and organisation skills. As this job is varied, you must be flexible and adaptable.
