About the role:

The Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education (FHSCE) has a track record in research that informs healthcare practice. Our Positive Ageing Research Institute (PARI) is a cross faculty institute with over 130 academic staff across the university working in health, technology, business and humanities bringing together multidisciplinary teams to collaborate around innovative research in the future of ageing care. As a Research Assistant, you'll undertake basic research including conducting literature reviews and database searches and providing research support. You'll be organising group meetings and involved in various systematic reviews of the literature and other projects.

Educated to degree level, preferably in a relevant area, you’ll have experience of undertaking research, writing reports, papers and literature reviews, and you’ll also have sound interpersonal skills. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work within an established research team which is aiming to enhance its international reputation in the field.
