About Development & Alumni Relations

The Development and Alumni Relations Office at Bath Spa University is relatively new and is now in a period of growth and expansion. Working with a committed and enthusiastic academic community and a dynamic and diverse body of alumni and other well-wishers, we are starting to reap rewards. About the role

To provide PA support for the Director of Development - and also her Deputy. Additionally, to provide a comprehensive administrative support for the Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO), covering a wide range of activities that support the University’s relationships, stakeholders and supporters, including its alumni and student community.

About you (requirements)

You are experienced and meticulous PA and administrator, with a keen attention to detail, who thrives in a busy environment and can deliver a high level of customer service. Personable and articulate, you will be confident working across departments and teams and being the ‘front face’ for an important professional service within the University.
