This part time (0.5 fte) post is available immediately on a permanent basis; to be worked across 4 days per week.

Working as part of an integrated College Professional Services team, the primary role of this post is to provide a full professional and confidential Executive Assistant service to members of the College Executive Group, working closely with the Senior Executive Assistant in covering the day to day business of the College Executive Support Team. The post-holder must be able to proactively plan and prioritise a busy and varied workload, will be expected to contribute to a range of key projects and activities, and will be capable of dealing with people at all levels. The post-holder will be expected to work closely with academic colleagues and to be a key point of contact for designated members of the College Executive Group.

The College Executive Support Office is the administrative hub supporting management activity within the College and receives, manages and processes internal and external matters in relation to the College’s operation and business. The post-holder will have to develop commercial awareness, keeping up-to-date with current changes and developments in the University and the Higher Education sector as a whole. The successful candidate will have significant experience of providing PA / Executive support to senior staff including complex and extensive diary management and email monitoring and have a thorough and up to date working knowledge of Microsoft Office with accurate typing skills.
