Catering Assistant

Buckinghamshire New University

Full time salary £18,285 per annum. Pro-rated to 25 hours per week and 34 weeks per year, your actual salary will be £9,194 per annum.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Catering Assistant to join the University, working within the Students Union directorate.

The successful candidate will ensure the provision of a high quality service is championed at all times and serve customers and generally assist in cash and stock control within the Students’ Union.

A good standard of education is essential, and you will have good knowledge of kitchen and food preparation procedures. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal, communication skills and customer service skills.
