Academic Services Administrator (Research)

Salary: £23,557 – £26,495 pa dependent on skills and experience

FTE: Full time, working 37 hours per week (1.0 fte)                       

Responsible to: Senior Academic Services Officer (Research)

Academic Services is a team of professional staff within Academic Registry who support the Centre for Academic Quality Assurance, the administration of Research Degrees within the Doctoral College and the administration of Ethics for the wider University. 

We are currently recruiting for an Academic Services Administrator to support the administration of all research degree students.

The post holder will be required to demonstrate proven administrative skills and excellent clerking abilities to support the Academic Services Officers, Assistant Registrar (Academic Services), and the Director of the Doctoral College.

Applicants should be highly motivated, proactive, flexible and enthusiastic individuals.  Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirements within this role.

Academic Services is based on the ground floor of the MacLaurin Building, opposite the de Havilland Campus.
