Research Assistant

A position is available for a Research Assistant, to contribute to research concerned with testing the efficacy of using human stem cells to repair specific brain lesions.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience, expert knowledge of electrophysiological, live cell imaging and cell physiological techniques to study stem cell differentiation and functional integration in brain slices ex vivo and proven ability to analyse complex information and summarise appropriately.

This is a full time position (35 hours per week), available from 1 November 2017 and fixed term until 31 March 2018.
