An excellent permanent work opportunity has been created within our IT Services department for a skilled Network Support Analyst to join the team.

As the post holder, you will be responsible for the smooth running of edge network services across all University sites. You will ensure services being (or already) transitioned to the team are authorised, adhere to prescribed standards & procedures, are securely maintained, and subjected to periodic audits. The role will also require you to replace and dispose of equipment as part of an on-going renewal programme, maintain asset inventories and work on new build / refurbishment projects.

The post is based within Infrastructure Support (IT Operations) whose principal responsibilities include platform support, cloud-based applications and data centre management as well asnetwork support.

As the successful candidate you will be a self-starter capable of working using your own initiative. You will support Team Leads and 3rd-Line Specialists across all areas of IT Operations. We look forward to receiving your application.
