Trial Manager (Fixed Term)

We're looking for someone with previous experience of managing/coordinating clinical studies to join one of the leading stroke research groups nationally and internationally.

The successful applicant will play a key role in coordinating stroke research studies, both randomised clinical trials and observational studies and being the lead manager for one of more studies. Current trials / studies  include, PRESERVE, DNA Lacunar, VIST and TASTE. Many of our studies are multi-centre and international and involve liaising with sites throughout the country and abroad. The post-holder will also play a leadership role in clinical trials and in supervision of clinical trial assistants.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 January 2022 in the first instance.

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment and a standard Disclosure and Barring Service check. This appointment also requires a Research Passport application.
