The Role

You will provide a first-class service in support of assessments at BPP University. You will be a key member of the University Assessment Team, working with BPP’s centres in London to support assessment activities and provide outstanding assessment services for BPP students.

You will act as a Senior Invigilator for University assessment events, including those for students with Learning Support requirements.

You will also be expected to support all regular administrative duties (answering phones, organizing mailouts, dealing with general Assessment Office enquiries) to ensure the success of assessment operations at BPP University.

With excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping, you will have the ability to maintain a professional manner and calm approach in a busy office environment, demonstrating an ability to work under pressure with a diverse workload.

You will be familiar with MS office and will have advanced IT skills.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience of working in higher education, working with diverse client groups for professional service delivery.
