Student Experience Co-ordinator (Postgraduate) Grade 6

You will have responsibility for leading a team of clerical staff engaged in various aspects of administration and School projects. You will provide a broad range of services to users who will need complex help and advice. Day-to-day work will be complex and involve cases that may require interpretation of University procedures and policy guidelines. You will maintain an extensive network of contacts internal and external to the University, whilst building new networks with internal and external stakeholders. You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience) and will have responsibility for all aspects of administration for the student journey relating to postgraduate students, co-ordinating all administration relating to postgraduate contracts and partnerships, and also have the knowledge to oversee undergraduates where required. In addition, you will be the key contact for the Schools postgraduate activity at our London campus, supporting and developing programmes based there.
