The Liverpool Doctoral College (LDC) Development Team offers a range of training and development opportunities for all postgraduate researchers from all disciplines. You will be responsible for the enhancement of postgraduate training provision including online development, workshops and supporting individuals on a one to one basis. You will deliver and commission training and development events and assist, advise and consult with Faculties, Schools and Institutes within the University on postgraduate research support and development. The LDC Development Team leads on employability training for postgraduate researchers, and this is an important initiative in the LDCs support for the university’s strategic plan. This is a career opportunity to play a significant role in the development of Higher Education and Research. You will be focussed on the delivery and strategic development of high-quality training to postgraduate researchers and you will provide leadership in all Liverpool Doctoral College PGR training activities. You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience), you will be expected to have full engagement with the University’s enabling strategies and policies and offer evidence of a capacity to contribute to the development of these strategies and to the effective implementation of policy.
