Research Post-Award Co-Ordinator - Grade 6

We are seeking an individual to be a key point of contact for research and knowledge exchange administration matters both within and external to the Institute. You will support the work of the Institute’s Finance and Research Team and the overall aims of the Institute to maintain and encourage research excellence from its academic staff. In addition to the general support you will spend approximately a quarter of your time providing dedicated project management to an MRC research grant.

You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics, relevant project management experience, knowledge and experience of University procedures and the financial administration of research in a HE setting. Experience of working with academic colleagues on research applications and managing awards is essential. The post is available for 3 years initially.
