Location: University Park

Based on our award winning 400 acre University Park Campus you will be responsible for the operation, organisation and supervision of a dining room within the Halls of Residence, ensuring a high quality and consistent service is provided. Main duties will include preparing the dining room and servery area for service, training and supervising staff, ordering stock and maintaining the care of equipment within the unit. You will also liaise with suppliers and other internal departments and will ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Supervisory experience gained within a similar environment, proven planning, administration and organisational skills and experience of stock control are essential for this role.

Hours of work are 24 per week worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged to include regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. This post attracts a 20% allowance for hours worked at the weekend.
