Employability Education Projects Officer

Applications are invited for the above post in the Careers and Employability Service. The post will be based with the Faculty of Science Careers and Employability Team.

Joining a multi-disciplinary team, the projects officer will deliver across schools in the faculty depending upon their individual needs. This could mean working on employability skills development in one school, arranging visits in another and delivering a workshop or module in a third.

The key to success in this role is flexibility in handling the variety of projects and the ability to engage with the rest of the Faculty team to deliver against multiple agendas.

The successful candidate will be qualified and experienced in career development, professional development, HR, teaching or other related roles where they can demonstrate a track record of innovation, success and impact from high quality delivery.

The person appointed will be able to support the proactive implementation of the employability agenda.

This post is part-time, 27.19h per week. The post will be offered on a fixed term contract for a period of 9 months.
