Research Fellow (Quantitative Methods Pedagogy)

You will have previous experience of quantitative data analysis to contribute to work on an ESRC-funded study on ‘statistics anxiety’ and quantitative methods pedagogy in higher education. You will be managing and analysing data, reviewing literature, writing reports and papers, and delivering workshops, seminars and conference presentations. You will have knowledge of pedagogical issues in QM teaching or elsewhere, a thorough knowledge of at least one stats package, previous experience of doing quantitative methodology (QM) based research, some experience of teaching QM at any level and some experience of interviewing / field work. You may be required to travel in the UK including occasional overnight stays.

This full time (35 hours per week), fixed term post is available for 35 hours per week for 10 months from 1 December 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter.
