City is seeking a talented individual with vision and influence to lead its safety team.

The Head of Health and Safety will be proactive in leading the continuous improvement of health and safety culture and performance and will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of health and safety policy and plan across City.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in science or engineering, will hold the NEBOSH Diploma and will have Chartered Membership of IOSH or equivalent. Proven experience of leading a team in a senior health and safety role within a large multi-site educational, public or private sector organisation is essential.
