Teaching Fellow in Management Science (Problem Structuring and Process of Operational Research)

The Department is seeking to recruit a Teaching Fellow who will take responsibility for modules relating to Problem Structuring Methods (such as Soft Systems Methodology and Cognitive Mapping) and the Process of OR (such as project planning and management of clients). The post provides the freedom to develop innovative teaching and assessment methods and to exploit the opportunities afforded by the department’s extensive network of industrial contacts.

You will have a background and interests in problem structuring and the process of OR and will be expected to engage in appropriate scholarship. You will have a PhD in a relevant area associated with Management Science and previous experience of teaching in Higher Education.
