CRM Manager

University College London - Communications and Marketing Department

The UCL Communications and Marketing division (CAM) is responsible for maintaining and developing the reputation and profile of the university as a world-leading organisation that is radical, dynamic and visionary. The CRM Manager will be responsible for introducing, optimising and maintaining a CRM system, specifically to handle internal staff communications as well as a range of marketing activity to external stakeholders but more generally to ensure compliance with GDPR and an efficient, joined up approach is adopted.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of direct and digital marketing in a comparable industry and significant professional experience of Sales Force or Microsoft Dynamics. The ability to manage complex projects in a large, de-centralised organisation is essential as is a good understanding of data protection legislation and the impact of GDPR on Higher Education, especially in relation to marketing activity.
