Job Purpose

The University’s Strategic Transformation Programme supports the delivery of our strategic ambitions as outlined in our Inspiring People Strategic plan. The Transformation Programme encompasses a range of business improvement projects to streamline business processes across the institution. Projects will focus upon the adoption and application of a consistent and structured approach to the way we work.

A Transformation Office (TO) has been established to provide effective leadership and management oversight of a range of transformation projects and work-streams. Under the guidance of the Chief Transformation Officer, the TO will establish an appropriate project management structure, process change methodology and have clear ownership and accountability in successfully delivering projects.

Standard Terms & Conditions

Salary will be on the Management, Professional and Administrative Grade, level 8, £42,418 - £49,149 per annum.

This post is offered on a full time and open-ended basis.

New entrants to the University will be required to serve a probationary period of 6 months.

The successful applicant will be eligible to join the Universities’ Superannuation Scheme. Further information regarding the scheme is available from the Superannuation Officer, who is also prepared to advise on questions relating to the transfer of Superannuation benefits.
