The new Directorate of Internationalisation, Marketing and Strategic Enrolment bring together several functions: Brand and Multimedia; Marketing, Recruitment and Conversion; Admissions and Strategic Enrolment Management. Specifically, the Marketing and Recruitment team is responsible for intelligent, targeted, UK and International lead generation by combining market knowledge with up to date marketing channels.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Recruitment and working with a team of Marketing and Recruitment managers, the successful individuals will be responsible for delivering regional and school based recruitment plans to support the implementation of the University’s International Strategy, its KPI’s and its student targets for all GCU campus locations.

The post holders will contribute to the development of and implementation of aligned recruitment strategies, student recruitment campaign plans and tactics to increase the volume of enquiries, applications and enrolments using on line marketing, social media, print based marketing and in-country activities.

The successful candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience, be able to demonstrate significant experience of pipeline management and the student journey. A sales focused individual with excellent analytical skills is crucial for the role. Knowledge of online and offline digital marketing channels and a strong ability to forge successful relationships, internally and externally will be required.
