Team Leader (Student Hub)

University of Hull - Faculty of Health Sciences - Faculty of Health Sciences Office

The University reserves the right to close this post once a sufficient number of applications have been submitted. It is encouraged that you complete the application at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

We have an opportunity to join the Faculty of Health Sciences Student Hub team as a Team Leader.

You will join the Student Hub’s dedicated team of professional services staff in the brand new Allam Medical Building, providing programme administration support for students and staff across the School of Life Sciences and the School of Health and Social Work.

You will need general administrative experience and a real desire to learn about our portfolio of programmes, the needs of our staff and students and underlying systems, processes and policies. You will need a great attitude to customer service and have experience of supervising the work of a small team. You will need to be comfortable with working across team boundaries, including some contribution to a rota covering the front desk service.

This is an opportunity to join a large and only recently established Faculty, which has exciting prospects.

Experience of School of Health and Social Work Programmes, the AIS student record and/or the SITS student record system and line management of staff will all be advantageous. However, the right personal qualities and a desire to learn are more fundamental to being successful in the role.

If you wish to discuss this post informally, please contact Katherine Darlington, Head of Administration, on 01482 463454, Email
