The School of Business is seeking Professors who are willing and engaged to lead and support the next stage of growth and investment. We have initiated major innovations across all areas supported by our new vision and strategy. We are aiming to become a top 20 UK Business School within five years. To achieve this we are investing in and developing external engagement, employability, and internationalisation, as well as expanding the research and teaching portfolio. We need Professorial staff, not only with excellent teaching and research profiles, but also with strong leadership capability and skills, and an appetite and attributes for delivering and contributing to our new direction and ambition.

Through the creation of the School we are seeking to enhance our learning, teaching, and research profile in a number of key disciplines, including but not restricted to: Finance, International Business, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Strategy, Economics, and Human Resource Management. You will have a strong record for undertaking research at a world-leading standard, attracting research funding and contributing to teaching and administration. With an excellent academic reputation and evidence of dynamic performance in leadership roles, you will have achieved notable recognition in your discipline. You will have a strong network across the HE sector, external bodies and organisations. You will be willing to make a significant contribution to the School’s reputation, building on existing strengths and raising levels of research activity, research income, teaching excellence, visibility, and success of the School.
