Reward Adviser (Part-Time: 0.6 FTE)

We have an opportunity for an exceptional professional to join our Human Resources team and contribute to the delivery of an excellent HR service that supports the University’s vision and Strategic Plan.

Reporting to the Reward Manager, you will undertake a key role in supporting and implementing a reward strategy that aligns to the University’s vision. You will provide advice on reward related issues and support the coordination of key reward related activities, including job evaluation. You will administer the benefit schemes and undertake overall responsibility for coordinating the annual academic promotion and pay progression processes for our staff.

You will possess relevant human resources administration experience and have knowledge of relevant employment legislation. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of analysing and using workforce information, be organised and attentive to detail.

This position is available on a part-time basis of 0.6 FTE, the equivalent of three days per week. Working days will be consecutive and ideally include either Monday or Friday each week.
