You will study the effects of vegetation on coastal dynamics and sediment transport. The project involves the development of coastal morphodynamic model for analysing complex flows and sediment transport using both laboratory and in-situ measurements. You should have a PhD in coastal engineering, applied mathematics, physics, oceanography or engineering. Experiences in development of computer models and strong interest in computer programming is essential, preferably in coastal process and sediment transport modelling area. The post is available from 1 February 2018 until 31 January 2019.
