About the role:
This key role is responsible for the analysis of business issues and processes with particular focus on identifying and delivering business benefits and efficiency. You’ll play a vital part in our ambitious programme to transform learning and teaching using the chosen University Managed Learning Environment, Canvas. You'll analyse and document business issues and processes and identify options for consideration with a particular focus on potential business benefits.

With a degree or relevant professional qualification, you’ll be an experienced and talented Business Analyst with the flair to make a significant contribution. You'll have thorough experience of business analysis as part of a major business change project as well as experience of business process improvements and process re-engineering. You'll have extensive experience of analysing complex data and producing high level reports. Experience of business benefit identification and measurement of business benefit realisation is essential. You’ll have knowledge of a range of business analysis, data analysis, modelling and design methods, and a broad current knowledge of business process mapping. Experience of Learning Management Systems, particularly Canvas, would be an advantage but is not essential.
