The roles

We are seeking to appoint to develop further the research and teaching and overall academic profile of the Law School. We are particularly interested in candidates who can offer teaching in core curriculum subjects, including Trusts and Constitutional & Administrative Law.  

You will have:

Appointments at Lecturer and Senior Lecturer will have:

  • A PhD or equivalent in Law and have an independent, internationally-recognised research programme in a relevant active field of research
  • A strong record in attracting funding for research, or demonstrate potential for research leadership and to attract such funding
  • Enthusiasm for delivering high quality undergraduate programmes
  • Involvement in projects which develop impact

Appointments at Senior Lecturer level will need to demonstrate in addition a track record in refereed publications and success in securing research grant income.
