Scheduling Assistant

Permanent, Part-time 18.5 hours per week

The School of Human and Health Sciences is seeking a part-time Scheduling Assistant with confidence and experience of working with computer systems and data. The post will support the construction of the School’s teaching timetable for staff and students.

You will work as part of the Data and Information Team which is responsible for the timetable construction and maintenance, and oversight and maintenance of the School’s estate, including staff offices, teaching rooms and specialist laboratories.

You should have experience of working with databases, be confident in the entry and manipulation of data, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Demonstrable experience of working in an HE Environment and timetabling systems would be desirable.
