About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Student and Customer Experience Team within Student Services. You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a range of student experience initiatives, which will enhance the student experience and improve student engagement, satisfaction and success.

With a degree or part qualified in relevant professional qualification, you’ll have experience of working in a customer focussed environment and will have excellent customer service skills. You’ll be passionate about supporting the student experience and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role offers the opportunity to actively seek feedback from our students, as part of our University’s ongoing efforts to explore and understand changing student perspectives and make the Anglia Ruskin experience the best it can be.

You’ll be expected to coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of student engagement activities and events. Organisation, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are key skills for this role. Experience of working within the Higher Education (HE) sector in a similar role is desirable. You’ll also contribute to the achievement of our strategic plan, particularly in support of our corporate goals to provide an excellent student experience and to support retention, progression and student success.
