Salary: £22,494 to £26,829 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

We are seeking two enthusiastic team members to join the Governance and Quality Team in the Registrar’s Department.  Both posts are based on University Park Campus.

The role holder will work across a broad area of activities with the specific focus of each of the two roles developing according to the strength and interests of the successful candidates. Areas of work will include quality assurance, committee support and information compliance. This an opportunity for the role holder to gain knowledge and experience of key University administrative and governance processes and to support the wider team in the operational delivery of those processes.

The role holder will need well developed planning and organisational skills and be thorough and meticulous in their approach to tasks. They will need the ability to work independently to resolve issues and provide a high level of customer service our stakeholders. The post will require competent IT skills and a confidence in handling large amounts of data.

These are a permanent positions open to full or part time applications. Part time applications will be considered from candidates wishing to work a minimum of 29 hours a week. The posts are also open to a job share.
