An opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic and fast-paced ICT Department and be a part of an exciting evolution of services at Southampton Solent University.

As an experienced Senior End User Computing Analyst, you will be joining an existing team to provide technical leadership in all end-user computing developments across both Microsoft and Apple platforms including a large Client and Infrastructure Improvement Programme to transform the end-user computing experience of the University’s staff and students.

Reporting to the Head of ICT Operations, you will have a passion and commitment to succeed in the IT Support Industry, have a positive can-do attitude with an excellent customer focus. You should be a team player and an energetic, self-motivated individual with a character that is aligned with the University’s core values of Respect, Ownership, Inclusivity, Engagement, Integrity and Teamwork.

You will be certified to at least MCSA level and, although not essential, a foundation certification in ITIL V3 would be highly beneficial.
