Job overview:

We are seeking to appoint a Soft Landings Manager to join the Estates Department in Estates and Facilities. You will be responsible for managing and implementing the University’s soft landings processes and requirements for projects, and support the development of the University estate. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues in our M&E, Fabric, Space Planning and Contract teams.

To ensure that the University’s soft landings requirements are developed, managed and fully embedded into all relevant project processes and procedures including all documentation and tendering mechanisms, acting as the Soft Landings lead and champion for all projects.

The University is investing £300M at our three main campus sites at Frenchay, Glenside and Bower Ashton on new state-of-the-art learning spaces and accommodation between now and 2020.
