Learning and Development at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is delivering more accredited learning in-house. We need to ensure that we maintain the high standards of education that our staff, service users and accrediting bodies expect.The opportunity has arisen to appoint a lead in assuring the quality of the learning we provide.

The post holder will be responsible for the preparation of inspection and audit documentation, and play a lead role in inspection and audit visits and reviews. The post holder will be required to work alongside awarding bodies to ensure that qualifications for all programmes are in place and managed. The development and implementation of trust policies and procedures relating to learning and development programmes alongside HR colleagues will be essential to this role.
