Campaign Manager

University of Exeter - Communication and Marketing Services

This new full time post is available immediately on a 12 month fixed-term basis.

The University of Exeter is a Russell Group university that combines world-class research with very high levels of student satisfaction. Exeter has over 21,000 students from more than 130 different countries and is in the top 1% of universities in the world with 98% of its research rated as being of international quality. Our research focuses on some of the most fundamental issues facing humankind today. Fifty percent of our organisation is made up of Professional Services support staff that partner closely with the Academic colleges to ensure we achieve our strategy and vision.

Based at our Streatham campus in Exeter, this is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and successful marketing team and play a key role in international student recruitment.

The post holder will recommend, manage and implement marketing campaigns designed to increase international student conversion, utilising a wide range of marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and activities.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of improving customer conversion in high value service markets – and delivering this within complex and large-scale organisations. While knowledge of the Higher Education market would be desirable, it is not essential, as the post holder will be expected to propose new techniques and approaches to drive customer conversion forward.
