This post is part of the University timetabling team which is within the Education & Student Support directorate.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused individual who will act as the first point of contact for all queries regarding room bookings which occur in the University’s c200 centrally managed rooms. The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills and first-rate written and verbal communication skills. They will need to liaise with a wide range of users and will be expected to use the relevant room bookings systems to log information and produce data reports when required.
