Timetabling Officers are responsible for a full range of complex administrative and support activity, including preparing, organising, creating and maintaining accurate and timely personalised student timetables. 

You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, and be able to form confident professional relationships with colleagues at all levels.  The ability to competently use, manipulate and maintain complex databases and online systems is essential; as is demonstrable work experience in administration within a Higher Education institution,including producing electronic student timetables using a complex database.

There are three permanent posts available within the newly formed timetabling team designed specifically to support the best possible student experience. Posts will be based at either the Moulsecoomb or Falmer campuses, with regular travel to other campuses as required; please express any preference of campus base on the application form.
