Lecturer in Accounting and Finance

35 Hours per week : Full-time, Permanent

The UWS School of Business and Enterprise is continuing to make a significant investment in academic posts to support its strategic development to help further position the School as a key player locally, nationally and internationally. 

We are seeking an inspirational academic to join our team and to contribute to the success and growth of the Accounting, Finance and Law Programme Cluster and the School as a whole. In particular, we would welcome interest from candidates who can contribute to Financial Accounting Auditing and Taxation, as well as contribute to the research profile and commercialisation activities of the group. 

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who hold a professional accounting qualification and who can join the team and immediately play a role in helping to develop the Accounting and Finance area as well as engaging with programme development and delivery whilst remaining research active.   

You must be able to demonstrate commitment to undertake doctoral level study. A teaching qualification and experience in teaching in Higher Education and evidence of research activity would also be advantageous.

Post can be based at any of our campuses in Hamilton or Paisley.
