Healthcare Technologies Programme Officer (part time, fixed term)

Salary: £22,494 to £26,829 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for the role of Healthcare Technologies Programme Officer, supporting the operational management of the Centre for Healthcare Technologies (CHT). 

The CHT is a collaboration between The University of Nottingham and Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust which aims to rapidly translate innovative technologies into healthcare adoption. 

The role holder will play a key role in delivering the activities that support the development and promotion of collaborations between academics from across the University, clinicians and commercial organisations. This will include marketing, bid support, event management and portfolio analysis.

Candidates should have A Levels or equivalent in science/engineering/medical subjects and have relevant experience in a project administration or management position. In addition, for this varied role, the candidates should be a good all-rounder with a high degree of initiative, common sense and excellent attention to detail.

The post is based at the University’s award-winning University Park Campus and is offered on a part-time 18 hours per week. This is a fixed term post which will be offered for a period of 24 months. 

50% of the role is funded by the ERDF as part of the INSTILS project led by Medilink East Midlands.
