As one of the oldest but most radical Faculties of its kind, The Bartlett, UCL’s Faculty of the Built Environment has built a reputation for education and research that draws students and academics from across the world. The Academic Administration section of its Faculty Office is responsible for the administration of its academic programmes and administers all aspects of the admissions and assessment processes and other formal student administrative matters.

The Teaching & Learning Officer manages admission to designated undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within the Faculty. The role involves providing specialist support for all matters relating to admission (from initial enquiry to enrolment), incorporating processes relating to application, assessment, student and programme records in addition to committee servicing.

This is a full-time open ended appointment.

The successful candidate will have a Higher Education degree (or equivalent), excellent IT skills, and an ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines. Knowledge and experience of academic administration as well as specialist processes relating to the undergraduate admissions process are essential requirements of the role.

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 6. The salary range will be £28,014 - £32,830 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
