Senior Manager, Student Support (Operations)

The Open University is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the delivery of student facing operations within the Faculty of Arts and Social Science Student Recruitment and Support Centre. The purpose of the SRSC is to help students and prospective students make appropriate study choices and to provide them with support to enable successful qualification completion.

You will lead and manage a team of Student Support Operations managers to ensure that quality standards and key performance indicators are met in each of the Student Support Teams that comprise the FASS SRSC. They will be responsible for the delivery and development of the Advice service within our Information, Advice and Guidance model, working with the Senior Manager IAG and academic staff linked to the SRSC.

The role will also require collaboration with the Senior Management Team across the four University SRSCs to ensure an integrated approach to the operational delivery of curriculum-appropriate recruitment and support for students.
