Faculty Employability Adviser

About the role:

You'll be part of an innovative and modern Employability Service working with individuals and groups of students, supporting the development of their key employability skills as set out in our Employability Strategy. This will be achieved through interacting with students, including creating and presenting workshops on employability skills, providing advice on CVs, job applications and interview techniques. In addition, core to meeting the challenges of this role will be the ability to work with a wide range of employers to generate work placement, mentorship and internship opportunities for all undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

With a degree and ideally CIPD/REC qualified, you'll have significant experience of working in a recruitment environment, generating leads and developing business with local, national and international partners whilst working to tight deadlines and targets. You'll have excellent organisational and communication skills and experience of working with graduates to ensure our highly regarded team continues to provide outstanding results to the faculties.
