We have an exciting opportunity as a Professional Development Adviser to join our team in the Leicester Learning Institute. The role of Professional Development Adviser is to provide academic development and guidance in support of our PEERS CPD framework for learning and teaching, which encompasses both a Pg Certificate in Academic Professional Practice and an experiential route to obtain HEA Fellowship.

As the ideal applicant, you will be an enthusiastic team player with a strong focus on higher education practices, who can design and deliver consultations, workshops, and academic programmes that develop our capacity to deliver a high quality learning experience.
